My guess is that Taiwan & Japan have significant financial impact on VN economy, and 簡體字 has no place in these 2 countries. It is good to see that after 3 decades, 繁體字依然挺立不倒。
Three things I noticed from this paper:

2. Everything is brief, no detail news
3. No advertisements
